Nothing, extremely dirty, bathroom is stinking with the smell of urine. Rooms are damp. Horrible experience. Somehow managed 1 night. Not at all recommended for family.

Filthy prison room would be the best way to describe it. No plumbing for the sink in the bathroom, dirty, smelly toilet, 0 toiletries, not even a toilet paper or towels. No proper window, so quite noisy at night. The mattress looks grey, probably infested with bed bugs. Would not have stayed another night. Aircon isn't good either most likely cause there's no window. Staff not very welcoming either. Spend a bit more to get something better

I don’t usually write reviews but I did not enjoy my stay at all. The host was rude, I stayed for 3 nights and they did not provide me with a towel and only when I asked they very reluctantly gave me 1 roll of toilet paper. The bathroom stank of urine and the sink was broken so the water spilled onto the floor. I’ve stayed in many places, and I have a high tolerance when it comes to things not being perfect, but this accomodation was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was nice and tidy, there was a tv with Netflix, Amazon prime etc. air con was brilliant and literally froze us which we wanted as it was so hot so was the best air con we have been in counter with. Showers were nice and hot and the bed was comfortable. Only 10 min scooter journey to the main town of Canggu. Staff were lovely

As a couple who had been backpacking for over a year, we thought Puri Cramas was great. Away from the main hustle, next to some rice fields. You are in a small local village, VERY close to everything else. Can easily walk to cafes for breakfast.

Toilet paper wasn’t included?!?!

The sheets weren't clean, one of the windows that was supposed to be covered by glass didn't have glass, so it was an all you can eat paradise for mosquitoes and other insects. The sink was barely working. When asked for toilet paper, the reception answered that towels and toilet paper are not included (apparently soap as well). To our surprise, the shower worked just fine, however, the floor and walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned since their opening.

Room was quite small so if you have luggage it’s quite difficult as you can’t really unpack, bathroom could have been cleaner and unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great.

The room that we booked had a nice view of the rice fields nearby. Staff was very friendly and always kept in contact. Mattress was comfy enough but pillows are barely comfortable to sleep on. Located in a quiet area but you will need a scooter to get to anywhere (walking is possible but takes ages)

1. Bathroom smells really bad… I don’t know if it has been cleaned properly or if it’s a problem with a plumbing, but you would have to get used to it… The cleanness of the bathroom could definitely be better2. The water pressure was really low and at some point there was no water in the bathroom for a whole day. Although staff was helpful and they even suggested us to use their personal bathroom, we had to find a shower somewhere else.3. Not enough space. If you’re travelling with someone else be prepared that your luggage will always be on the floor as the clothes rack that they provided is simply not enough. We had to move the furniture a bit so that there is some walking space in the room.

The staff were very nice and the free wifi was good.

Looked nothing like the pictures. Bed sheets were not clean. Vents above the windows let mosquitos in so got bitten. Yes it was a cheap place to stay but not a comfortable stay.
